About Me:

Born and raise in the misty Pacific Northwest near Seattle, I always loved exploring the outdoors. My running career started in middle school in Alaska when I participated in cross country. I continued competing in distance running in high school in Oregon and ran my first marathon at 15 years old—I was immediately hooked! While attending college in Utah (yes, I have moved a lot!), I started to explore trail running as trails are plentiful and very accessible along the Wasatch Front. Trail running became my main hobby during this time.

In 2017, I ran my first 100-mile race, the Wasatch Front 100. I finished in about 27 hours. Since my 100-mile debut in 2017, I have worked hard to get faster, and I broke the 13-hour mark for the 100-mile distance in 2019 at the USATF National Championships and qualified for Team USA for the 2021 24-Hour World Championships.

Today, I live in Park City, Utah and run professionally for Altra Running and Suunto.  As an athlete and coach, I’m committed to competing at a high level, growing the sport with other athletes and fostering diversity and inclusion in the sport of ultra-trail running.

Why Do I Coach?

​

I love helping others achieve beyond their perceived limits. Mentally, we all have put limitations on ourselves and define what we are capable of doing physically and mentally. I am here to help others break down predetermined limitations, redefine the scope of possibility, and see the benefits of a new self-awareness. I have learned a lot over the course of my athletic career, and I am excited to see my athletes achieve new milestones!
